Gregory Litt

A partner in Skadden’s international litigation and arbitration practice, Greg has more than 20 years of experience representing companies and individuals in high-stakes international arbitration and litigation around the globe.

Greg serves as lead advocate and lead counsel in courts in the U.S. and arbitration tribunals around the world, and as coordinating counsel in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving the courts of other countries.  Over the course of his career, Greg has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including banking, energy, technology, life sciences, publishing sports, and many others, as well as high-net worth individuals and families, in their most significant cross-border disputes. He routinely collaborates with colleagues across the Skadden platform to provide a strategic, multi-disciplinary approach to commercial problem solving.
