Richard Hulbert led a discussion on the continued vitality of the "manifest disregard" standard in Second Circuit case law and the application of this standard and FAA Chapter 1 in general to international arbitration awards. He also discussed possible activities that might be engaged in by the International Arbitration Club with respect to this case law.
