Dr. Eckart Brödermann, the managing partner of Brödermann Jahn RA GmbH and a professor at Hamburg University Faculty of Law led a discussion on The Bridge Over Troubled Waters: The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts and Their Use in International Commercial Arbitration.
