We will be joined by Deborah Mastin, a guest lecturer at the University of Miami School of Law and Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers; Andrew D. Ness, a JAMS arbitrator with extensive experience in major international and transnational construction projects; and Nicholas Gould, an international construction, engineering and energy specialist of Fenwick Elliott LLP in London. The discussion will focus on the use of dispute boards in keeping construction projects out of litigation or arbitration and whether such boards can and should be incorporated into other kinds of commercial contracts.
