An early summer evening of music and conversation.
The reception took place at The House of the Redeemer, a remarkable Upper East Side landmark known for its serene atmosphere and cultural richness. The House is distinguished by its collection of 17th-century Italian and Flemish paintings and by architectural elements inspired by historic Italian design. It remains a welcoming place of gathering, open to individuals of all faiths and backgrounds.
We presented two distinguished performers. Sean Harkness, an internationally acclaimed guitarist, is celebrated for his refined artistry, versatility across classical, jazz, and popular repertoire, and performances at leading venues in New York and beyond.
Joining Sean was Lianne Marie Dobbs, a noted cabaret and Broadway vocalist whose appearances have earned wide recognition for their warmth, expressive range, and sophisticated musical interpretation. Richard Malavet joined Lianne in an unplanned duet.
